St. Patrick’s Day Maple Celebrating Pancake Breakfast

March 17th, 9am – noon

Visit Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre on St. Patrick’s Day for a feast of green pancakes smothered in their homemade maple syrup! Choose apple oatmeal, pumpkin spice or blueberry cornmeal pancakes – or try them all. They make their pancakes green with spinach juice – extra goodness that doesn’t affect the flavour at all but has a major impact on the fun!  You can also enjoy fruit salad, and vegan and dairy yogurt with your pancakes. Leahy – The Next Generation

Evelyn (5), Joseph (7), Cecilia (8), Angus (10), Gregory (12) and Adele (13) all bring a level of musical mastery to the stage rarely seen in a group so young. With their parents leading the action on stage, the children bring to life the high energy, infectious Celtic music people associate with the Leahy heritage. The Leahy children are accomplished multi-instrumentalists with the remarkable ability to enamour audiences of all ages.
