Real Estate Council of Ontario
Faris Team is a member of The Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO), a not-for-profit organization that regulates real estate professionals in the province on behalf of the Ontario government. RECO holds registered brokers and salespersons to professional standards, protects the public interest and enhances consumer confidence in the real estate profession. In addition, RECO strives to educate consumers to ensure they understand the benefits of a regulated real estate sector.

Barrie & District Association of REALTORS®
Faris Team is a member of the Barrie & District Association of REALTORS®, representing over 800 registered sales representatives who serve The City of Barrie and surrounding townships including Springwater, Oro-Medonte, Innisfil, Essa, Bradford West Gwillimbury and Clearview. This membership allows us to advertise your home on the Barrie & District MLS (Multiple Listing Service®) board and gives us priority access to view posted listings before they are presented to the public.

Faris Team is a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association (OREA) which represents the 63,200 real estate brokers and salesperson members of Ontario’s 40 real estate boards.
