As Co-Founder of Faris Team, Joanna has a true passion for ensuring that the company’s vision of going “full out for you®” and offering the best real estate experience in the world is continually fulfilled. Overseeing the Marketing Department, Joanna assures that all marketing and promotional channels perfectly showcase each listing, and that Faris Team maintains a strong and reputable brand in the real estate industry. Joanna is committed to innovation, one of Faris Team’s core values, and makes it a priority to lead the team towards new marketing techniques, technology and industry-defying service.  Her role on the team allows her to use her leadership abilities, be creative and foster Faris Team’s core values of love, on fire, excellence, growth, innovation and WOW. Exercising a strong desire to give back to the community, Joanna is involved in overseeing Client Appreciation events, team charity involvement, local sponsorships and many more philanthropic endeavours. Joanna has always been passionate about marketing, acquiring skills through both education and experience in the field. Her previous roles working in retail sales and as a Marketing Director for a Profit 100 company have proven to be invaluable when developing Faris Team’s portfolio of marketing techniques. Born in Poland and moving to Canada in her youth, Joanna has spent most of her life living in Barrie. She is very thankful to Jesus for all of the blessings in her life, especially being married to Mark Faris and for their three beautiful boys. Joanna enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being active, and is very involved in Faris Team and its continued world-class success.
