Ryan joined  Faris Team as General Manager after more than 13 years as an advertising and marketing professional. His understanding of core marketing practices coupled with his passion for finding creative and meaningful ways to connect with target audiences align perfectly with Faris Team’s mission to go full out for our clients and provide the best real estate experience in the world. Ryan’s steady, approachable demeanor and natural problem solving skills make him an ideal team leader. His dynamic professional portfolio includes work for large-scale national and international corporations as well as small start-up companies he helped grow quickly while keeping their core values intact. Not only skilled at managing people, marketing strategy and program development, Ryan cultivates a team atmosphere that is driven by exceptional client care and success. Born, raised and currently residing in Barrie with his family, Ryan remains a proud member of the community. He is an active member of his alma mater, Georgian College, and sits on their program advisory board. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys playing golf, watching his two sons grow and living life to the fullest with his wife, Nicole. Never one to give less than 100%, Ryan is an integral member of Faris Team.
