The leader of these products is farm-smoked garlic, which is turned into mustards and jellies to amp up your dining experience. The black garlic jam is another specialty unique to them and will delight all of your garlic-loving guests.

Say Cheese

6353 Line 4 NorthMidland
saycheese.ca

Cheese shops are a rare and treasured thing to have access to, but how about a cheese shop that makes their own? The fresh, rich flavours of the cheeses from Say Cheese are the product of Saskia Sloeserwij gaining her cheesemaker license in Holland in 2007. With her husband Hans, she produces rich sheep cheese that compares to gouda, while also stocking imported Dutch cheeses.

You can order cheese online, or taste test by visiting them at local farmer’s markets, including their Barrie booth.
