Team Building Activities in Simcoe County

It's only fair to share...Share on FacebookTweet about this on TwitterPin on PinterestEmail this to someoneShare on Reddit

We are very fortunate to live in a four-seasons county with an abundance of recreational activities, both indoor and out, offering team building activities that are sure to build effective working relationships, strengthen teamwork, and boost morale. Here are some of our favourites.

Axe Throwing

Take part in an one of the fastest growing and exhilarating experiences around. Iron Nation Axe Throwing
provides a safe, warm and exciting environment where people can experience the sport of axe throwing. If you’re looking for a unique, memorable way to have fun and build camaraderie, Iron Nation is a great place to do a team building event. Even the faint of heart who may start off feeling intimidated by the idea quickly learn that it is safe, fun and empowering. You don’t have to be a Viking to get in on the fun and excitement. Explore your competitive side, cheer on the rest of Iron Nation, and bring in food to complete the experience. Participants are given thorough instructions and coaching on how to safely and accurately throw an axe. Groups will be taught games and guided through a round robin tournament.

Choose between the Survival Challenge program designed to build leadership skills and team spirit or Low Ropes to help unite teams and bring out hidden strengths. Group Dynamics may be used as a pre-cursor to more involved team building activities or to help newly-formed groups with icebreakers chosen by professional team building facilitators who will select activities based on your group’s goals. All of their team building programs include a group discussion to help teams identify which new skills have been developed and how these can be applied in the workplace.
