Staging Made Easy and Fun!

One of the many great services The Mark Faris Team provides their clients with is acomplimentary 3-step home staging process. The Mark Faris Team is very happy to work with Lesley King who is an award winning, certified Canadian Staging Professional and the owner of Stage Presence in Barrie. Lesley has recently implemented a few new services, to expand on the complimentary services the team offers.  She provides a more convenient solution for clients who want to go the extra mile to get the most out of their staging investment.

“I am really excited to introduce my newest project. I have created a shopping option that will make staging and styling homes a lot easier,” says Lesley. Although many of our clients have a creative touch, Lesley’s professional advice and keen eye for staging décor, truly creates a beautiful and appealing presentation for marketing.  At times it can be difficult for people to envision a certain look, or to know where to find items they may need to achieve it. In order to make this process easier for clients, Lesley also provides a customized and personal shopping service, “From my experience, most people want to save money and shop themselves, not knowing how stressful it can be when they aren’t 100% sure of what to get. I offer shopping services to my clients.”

Lesley has created an Online Décor Shop called “The King’s Collection” that has everything clients will need to stage and style their home such as lamps, artwork, pillows and side tables. “I have done the guess work for clients by creating collections and groupings of items that complement each other.   These unique pieces will create that WOW factor potential buyers expect to see.”

Lesley not only offers competitive pricing, but all you have to do is click and she looks after the rest, which includes delivering the items on the day of the final staging.  It couldn’t be easier! “I know what you must be thinking… if everyone uses my services then each house will look the same,” says Lesley. Her intention is to carry only limited quantities of unique and handmade pieces so that each house has its own appeal. Many clients have already shopped on her site already and have been very pleased with the product and the process in general, making it easier to achieve that polished, model home look!
