Rachelle’s strong negotiating skills coupled with her keen attention to detail makes her an ideal fit for the real estate profession. She has more than 22 years of experience working in sales and marketing and is fluently bilingual in French, putting her in a strong position to represent a diverse clientele. Rachelle has personally bought, renovated and sold many homes over the years, further attesting to her love of real estate. Clients of Rachelle can rest assured knowing that their buying or selling needs are in her more than capable hands. Rachelle has completed various real estate specialization programs, notably: Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist CLHMS designation, Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE). After graduating with a specialty in Communications, Rachelle worked in radio for 5 years as a creative writer and producer. She then moved on to work for some of the largest and most successful companies in Barrie in executive marketing roles. Working under the mentorship of some of the most successful self-made entrepreneurs in Barrie taught her invaluable customer service and business lessons. Rachelle absolutely loves to spend time with her husband and kids, especially sitting around the table catching up on one another’s day.
WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
My husband and my daughters. They inspire me to always try harder and every day they bring me new adventures and stories and I couldn’t imagine not sitting around our island in the kitchen and hearing about each other’s days. To share stories; make each other laugh and to end our day with a genuine happiness to be around each other is all I need for inspiration.
WHO OR WHAT’S BEEN THE BIGGEST INFLUENCE ON YOUR LIFE?
My mother. She’s shown me that no matter what life throws at you, with determination and a positive outlook you can persevere and succeed. Also that life is about the adventure; use tough times as a learning experience and overcome everything with a smile.
WHAT MAKES YOU LAUGH?
Listening to a baby giggle. It’s my weakness. I will google YouTube videos of babies giggling because it makes me laugh. I’m laughing now just thinking about it …
