Warrior Dash
Mark Faris, alongside his brothers Thomas, Jason, Andrew and brother in-law Blair Maye, tackled the Warrior Dash this past weekend. It took place at Horseshoe Resort on July 21st and 22nd. The Warrior Dash running series consisted of a 5.25 km battleground with obstacles such as steep hills, jumping over fire, climbing on cargo nets, plunging down slopes, and scrambling beneath barbed wire in the mud to the finish line.
Despite the extreme heat outdoors, thousands participated in this local event, enjoying live music, turkey legs, pulled pork sandwiches, corn on the cob and cold beer afterwards. Prizes were given for top Three Overall, Top Three in each Division, Craziest Costume and more!
