Neeta brings a wealth of relevant experience to Faris Team. Prior to her role as Director of Operational Excellence & Development, Neeta worked for numerous companies both in technical and management positions where she gained experience implementing process improvements, driving innovation, implementing strategy, and relationship building. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from University of Ottawa, as well as a Bachelor in Computer Engineering and a Masters in Applied Science (MASc) from Ryerson University, in addition to being a licensed professional engineer (P.Eng).
Neeta’s co-workers benefit from her drive for innovation and her conscious effort to improve overall productivity through the use of new technology and strategic systems. With corporate efficiency set as a high priority, Neeta works on developing systems that deliver on our team’s mission to go full out® for our clients and provide the best real estate experience in the world.
When Neeta isn’t researching new tech innovations, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters cooking and relishing all the simple things life has to offer.
WHAT IS THE BRAVEST THING YOU’VE DONE?
Deciding to study to be a computer engineer. The inspiration came from my father who was also an engineer. He advised me that it would be a tough career, but I was fascinated by the work he did and went for it!
