Daniel’s warm and serving personality, alongside his thoughtfulness and genuine care for his clients, make him an exceptional Realtor®. Daniel lives in the charming community of Midland, enjoying its waterfront scenery and nature trails.
Daniel has developed a hard work ethic from working in the Faris family excavating business for many years in Cookstown, Ontario. Later moving to Fort McMurray, Alberta, Daniel drove tractor trailers and operated heavy equipment for several years. Though on different sides of the spectrum, his career move into real estate was a natural transition for Daniel. His love for people and hard work ethic have been instrumental to his success helping clients with the purchase or sale of their home.
Daniel has completed various real estate specialization programs, notably: Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
Besides real estate, Daniel loves spending time with his wife Brittany and their dog Jasper. Together they enjoy hiking, spending time in the outdoors and travelling throughout Canada.
WHAT'S BEEN YOUR FAVOURITE TRAVEL DESTINATION?
The Rocky Mountains in Alberta, from Jasper down to Banff. I love the west coast going into BC, and hope to travel the Yukon one day.
WHO OR WHAT'S BEEN YOU'RE BIGGEST INFLUENCE?
My Parents have been a big influence in my life. Growing up, they taught me to always be myself. Having so many brothers and sisters was also a big influence – it was wonderful growing up always having someone around to talk to.
WHAT'S THE MOST CHALLENGING THING YOU'VE EVER DONE?
Hauling heavy and wide equipment on the ice roads of northern Alberta.
WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU?
Listening to the legendary Earl Nightingale. His audio books are a great listen.
WHAT’S THE BEST PART ABOUT WAKING UP?
Being thankful that I am happy, healthy and have another day to create new memories.
